Job Title: Project Coordinator

Senior Resource Group, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience with project coordination in a commercial construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all current and future project management activities throughout multiple states.
  • Manage competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-growth environment.
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Ensure that stakeholders' needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Assist with budget preparation, schedules, step-by-step action plans, and prepare and interpret flowcharts.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities and advise on next steps when necessary.
  • Oversee project procurement management.
  • Monitor project progress and exercise good judgment to handle issues that arise.
  • Act as a point of contact and communicate project status as necessary.
  • Work independently and as part of a team with a commitment to quality and customer service.
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
  • Issue appropriate paperwork, including contracts, terms of agreement, insurance liens, releases, subcontract issuances, etc.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, project management, or business preferred.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
  • Three to five years' experience in a project coordinator capacity.
  • Working knowledge of construction, project management.
