Job Description Summary

The role will be responsible for progressing FLIGHT DECK, including leading central efforts to standardize and improve certain processes within the Sourcing Finance organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact Sourcing finance and operations, while gaining experience in financial risk management, commercial operations, and FP&A, and FLIGHT DECK.
This role can be remote with working on Eastern time zone. US.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Drives recurring analysis and review of supplier financial risk metrics, in partnership with the Sourcing commodity teams. Escalates high risk suppliers to the Sourcing commodity teams, partnering throughout the risk mitigation process.
  • Supports improving the Sourcing Deal Review financial model process. Partners with Sourcing Commercial Operations & Sourcing Commodity Finance to implement improvements.
  • Ownership of financial reporting and forecasting for multiple Souring horizontal cost centers. Manages headcount and expense reporting for planning cycles, forecasts, & actuals. Partners with cost center leaders & operating teams to improve financial management.
  • Leads projects to develop standard work and improve processes across the Sourcing Finance organization, in addition to utilizing FLIGHT DECK to improve their own processes.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in financial analyst
  • Minimum 1 year of finance experience.


Desired Characteristics
  • Established project management skills.
  • Ability to form strong relationships with operational leaders.
  • Strong analytics experience, including experience using automation & analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Spotfire).
  • Demonstrates examples of FLIGHT DECK in action.
  • Experience deploying standard work and establishing own leader standard work.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • FP&A experience, not only explaining the where and why, but problem solving the why to change the outcome.
