Role Summary: The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in overseeing the performance and technological framework of the Finance division, while also engaging in impactful business intelligence initiatives.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, information systems, or a related field.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to interpret and analyze data effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Banking & Financial Services.
  • Basic experience with Workday.
Work Environment:

This role involves routine tasks that range from straightforward to moderately complex, requiring independent work under close supervision. There are no direct supervisory responsibilities associated with this position.

Physical Requirements:

The position primarily involves sitting and standing in a typical office environment, with occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
