Role Description

This is a fulltime remote role for a Business Development Representative at Pro Talent HR. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales lead generation communication and sales activities. They will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Communication and Sales abilities
  • Business Development expertise
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
