Our client is looking to fill the role of Medical Affairs Consultant - Managed Markets Strategy. This position will be fully remote.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the CNS Medical Managed Markets Strategy Director in the development and execution of Medical Affairs scientific plans for Payers and other Health Care Decision Makers.
  • Assist with creation of HCDM resources that effectively communicate clinical, economic, and humanistic value (e.g. pipeline, disease state education, pre-approval information exchange, health care economic information, population health programs)
  • Assist with development of customized value propositions/messages for Health Care Decision Makers.
  • Assist with identifying, analyzing, and communicating evolving payer, policy, and healthcare landscape insights.
  • Assist with evidence generation projects for Health Care Decision Makers.


Required Qualifications:


  • Mid-level Medical Affairs professional (strategy focused) with experience in managed care, health systems, and Pharmacoeconomics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Lead Medical plan tactics, including development of field resources for payer/HCDM engagement.
  • Prior knowledge Veeva Promotional and Medical review processes highly preferred.
  • Prior experience working with 3rd party vendors and agencies for project execution.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Proficiency in pharma code and all guidelines concerning Medical Affairs activities.
  • Advanced Science Degree (e.g., MD, PhD, PharmD, PA, NP).
