Medical Affairs Consultant

Clinical Resource Network (CRN) is seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Consultant to join our team. As a Medical Affairs Consultant, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic plans to engage with health care decision makers and payers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CNS Medical Managed Markets Strategy Director to develop and execute medical affairs scientific plans for payers and other health care decision makers.
- Assist in creating resources that effectively communicate clinical, economic, and humanistic value to health care decision makers.
- Develop customized value propositions and messages for health care decision makers.
- Analyze and communicate evolving payer, policy, and healthcare landscape insights.
- Assist in evidence generation projects for health care decision makers.
Requirements:
- Mid-level Medical Affairs professional with experience in managed care, health systems, and pharmacoeconomics.
- Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Lead medical plan tactics, including development of field resources for payer/HCDM engagement.
- Prior knowledge of Veeva Promotional and Medical review processes is highly preferred.
- Prior experience working with 3rd party vendors and agencies for project execution.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Proficiency in pharma code and all guidelines concerning Medical Affairs activities.
- Advanced Science Degree (e.g., MD, PhD, PharmD, PA, NP).
