Medical Affairs Specialist

Clinical Resource Network (CRN) is seeking a Medical Affairs Consultant to join our team. As a Medical Affairs Consultant, you will assist the Medical Strategy Head in executing on Medical Excellence vision and goals, ensuring a strong understanding of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand how medical excellence goals and activities connect with and change the work beyond medical strategy function to drive joint outcomes for medical affairs function.
- Lead Medical Excellence for Med Affairs Strategy.
- Oversee aspects of Medical Strategy operations.
- Manage therapeutic area vendors.
- Lead project management activities – Medical Strategy planning, SMART goals and 3 year roadmaps.
- Assist with CNS strategy annual budget activities.
- Congress Strategy/prioritization include congress plans (including meetings), as well as disease booth coordination and execution.
- Develop and manage calendar of CNS focused meetings across various programs, to include congresses as well as US and global meetings.
Requirements:
- Relevant Doctorate Degree (MD, PharmD, PhD)
- 8+ years of relevant Medical Affairs experience.
- Prior experience in Medical Excellence/Operations.
- Close collaboration with vendors related to Medical Excellence.
- Strong understanding of pharma guidelines and codes pertaining to Medical Affairs activities.
