Medical Affairs Consultant - Early Asset Strategy

At Clinical Resource Network (CRN), we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Consultant to join our team in an Early Asset Strategy role. This is a fully remote position that requires a strong understanding of medical affairs strategy and its application in early development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Director of Medical Strategy to develop early asset development plans, indication prioritization, and evidence generation strategies.
  • Contribute to shaping research discovery strategies, working closely with global R&D and Marketing leadership.
  • Identify evidence and data gaps, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Lead publication planning for pipeline assets and landscape evaluation.
  • Build strong relationships with experts to support key scientific insights in therapeutic areas.
  • Lead advisory boards for insight gathering as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Senior-level Medical Affairs Strategy consultant with a focus on early development or translational medicine.
  • Experience in developing target product profiles for early assets.
  • Strong background in CNS or Neurology, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant medical affairs strategy expertise in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Expertise in brand strategy, launch planning, competitive strategy, segmentation, and positioning, as well as early asset development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically analyze research design, methods, and outcome measures.
  • Demonstrated track record of strategic thinking, execution, and operational excellence.
  • Strong working knowledge of pharma code and guidelines around medical affairs activities.
  • MS Office Suite proficiency.
  • Master's degree at a minimum, with a Doctorate level preferred (MD, PharmD).
