Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager - Marketing & Communications (MarCom) will play a crucial role in managing both internal and external communications to employees and stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to drive impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
· Internal & External Communications:
Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies to ensure clear and consistent messaging across the organization.
Manage external communications with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and media outlets, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
· Digital Marketing:
Handle all aspects of digital marketing, including Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
Track and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, gathering feedback and insights for refining marketing strategies.
· Collaboration with Sales and Sourcing Teams:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to initiate B2B lead generation campaigns and track performance metrics.
Work with the sourcing team to initiate B2C lead generation campaigns for open mandates and monitor results.
· PR Activities and Brand Collaborations:
Coordinate with external agencies and media partners for PR activities, press releases, and strategic brand collaborations.
Ensure that all PR initiatives align with the company's brand identity and strategic objectives.
· Industry Trends and Best Practices:
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our marketing efforts innovative and impactful.
Implement new strategies and tools as needed to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on digital marketing.
· Proven track record in managing internal and external communications effectively.
· Strong proficiency in SMM, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing analytics.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders.
· Experience in collaborating with sales and sourcing teams for lead-generation campaigns is preferred.
- · Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
