Position Overview:

Our client, an independent financial planning and wealth advisory firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Services Administrative Assistant to support their team in delivering exceptional service to the clients in the Lakewood Ranch / Bradenton / Sarasota area. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of financial transactions, client communications, and documentation. This position is ideal for someone with strong multitasking skills, a proactive attitude, and an interest in financial services.


Responsibilities

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
