What Youll Be Doing:
  • Identify potential customers and present innovative energy solutions that ensure peace of mind.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to exceed sales targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Challenge the status quo by introducing new energy solutions that enhance revenue and sustainability.
  • Generate leads and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Drive sales through partnerships with industry players and resellers.
  • Conduct assessments of sites for their Demand Response potential.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations proposals and sales contracts.
  • Close sales and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Maintain consultative relationships with clients and report on sales progress.
  • Participate in seminars trade shows and other marketing initiatives.
What Youll Need:
  • Proven background in sales with a track record of success.
  • Knowledge of ERCOT energy and ancillary service markets.
  • 5 years of experience in demand response electrical systems or power generation.
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
  • Professionalism innovation and a clientservice orientation.
  • Selfmotivated with integrity capable of working both in the office and remotely.
  • Ambition to become a marketleading sales professional.
