In this role, the coordinator will assist in all aspects of property maintenance and act as the face of the company for tenants. Responsibilities will include organizing, running and tracking recurring tenant meetings, liaising with janitorial, security and engineering staff as needed, assist in the management of on-site construction activity, participate in the bid process for selecting vendors, preparing service contracts and purchase orders, and working on special projects as needed. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, bright, and career-focused profession and will have 2+ years of related office experience, a bachelor's degree, and the ability to work on a fast-paced team, managing multiple projects and deadlines at one time.
