Senior IT Business Analyst

We will count on you to:

• Translate business strategies and objectives into business requirements.
• Provide traceability of business requirements to IT Solutions and ensure system testing encompasses existing capabilities of solution as well as future function point requirements.
• Identify, verify and document functional requirements using Requirements Management methodology and tools.
• Utilize analysis expertise to consistently elaborate requirements into detailed solutions, consisting of features and stories, considering technical constraints and existing technical architecture/functionality.
• Configure and build out solutions in our risk management platforms: OneTrust and Decision Focus
• Conduct/facilitate acceptance tests for solutions with user community, including, development of UAT test scenario and test scripts.
• Develop, deliver and evaluate training and supplemental materials.
• Conduct and analyze feasibility studies/impacts assessments, regarding implementation of IT solutions against current state parameters (process, application use-cases, and non-functional impact).
• Partner with Business/IT to define and manage scope with each release.
• Ensure that analysis standards and processes are followed throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
• Ensure that technical and security standards and processes are followed throughout the SDLC lifecycle.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Proven track record of successfully fulfilling the role of a Technical Support Lead or Technical Business Analyst
• Demonstrated experience in working on a wide range of projects for privacy, risk and compliance.
• Demonstrable experience of working and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly emerging requirements
• Ability to elicit, articulate and document process modeling, business requirements, description of business context using scenarios and user stories.
• Must have strong Business Process Analysis, written, presentation and communication skills.
• Stakeholder management and a proven ability to gain consensus and sign off.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with IT and business managers
• 5 to 10 years' experience of analyzing business problems and designing successful solutions.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience of working collaboratively, across multiple remote teams.
• A track record of successful end to end project delivery right from the ideation to the production launch as BA actively participating and managing the ideation, requirements, design, testing and the system launch.
• Experience working in the Privacy, Risk, and Information Security space

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $57,000 to $113,900.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
