  • Analyze and document current and future business processes to improve understanding within the development community.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in the Reinsurance broking market.
  • Demonstrated success as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Specialized knowledge in treaty and facultative reinsurance.
  • Expertise in compliance and data regulations.
  • Certifications in Agile or Project Management are a plus.

Preferred Technical Background:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of the MERN tech stack.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business objectives into clear and concise requirements.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements to IT solutions.
  • Document functional requirements and data mappings.
  • Facilitate acceptance testing and develop test scenarios.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business and IT to define the scope for each release.
