RVP of Partner Sales

Location: Remote, USA

The RVP of Partner Sales will lead the Partner Acceleration Executive (PAE) team for our national TSD partners. This position's primary responsibility will be to provide continuous coaching to the Leaders and Individual Contributors within the PAE Organization supporting TSD (Technology Solution Distributors) and to set ongoing strategy for the development and education of partners within the entire channel organization as well as to drive strategies & profitable growth through our national TSD. They will manage PAE's who support the assigned strategic national partners in the US. The NICE CXone RVP of Partner Sales grows the indirect sales channel in support of the NICE CXone revenue goals through an assigned strategic partner. They also will manage and oversee the IPE team setting process, accountability and outcomes for lead conversion and alignment. The RVP will work closely with cross-functional leadership teams to execute on corporate strategy for new growth PAE's actively incent, train, and enable their partners and are measured by quarterly opportunity generation and closed deal flow. This is a field-based, partner-facing position and will require a minimum of 35% travel per month.

As RVP of Partner Sales, a Typical Day Might Include the Following:

Manage ongoing efforts to ensure opportunity and deal flow required to meet revenue targets across US and Canada. Work closely with the Partner Acceleration Managers to ensure partner sales coverage across TSD's is achieved. Keep TSD's up-to-date and informed on NICE CXone product changes and strategy. Ability to offer training to PAE's on products and sales tools. Maintain executive relationships with partners, TSD's executives, and internal Sales & Marketing organizations leadership. Guide IPE/PAE's to help deliver qualified opportunities to the sales organization and ensure daily call activity and lead production expectations are met and exceeded. Set Expectations for PAE's to lead Training and Enablement for partners on NICE company products, services, and Go-To Market Regular sales training and coaching to ensure PAE /IPE staff is utilizing proper technique and processes. Critical, evolutionary thinking related to partner nurturing / generation. Team oriented and managerial style geared toward preparing IPE/PAE for advancement. Lead the strategy for the Partner Acceleration Executive for assigned partners serving as conduit to resources from sales, marketing, R&D, engineering, and leadership to achieve differentiated ecosystem growth. Ensures partnerships are adequately qualified to secure a high probability of referring business and is ultimately measured on business closed as a result of partnership sourced opportunities generated. Insure PAE's/IPE's are responsible for the tracking and reporting of leads, opportunities, and partner relationships via and any other applicable methods. Hold PAE's accountable to document and present joint business plans for partner's business goals and objectives that align partner company solutions that support their success. As well holding regular TSD Executive Business Reviews. Attend and help PAE's execute national & regional TSD events relevant to their assigned partners. Develop external facing enablement structures and programs for all partners recruited into NICE CXone. Follow the company Code of Ethics and NICE CXone policies and procedures at all times. Communicate in an effective and professional way with customers in and outside of NICE CXone.

To Land This Gig You'll Need:

​Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience required.​ 12+ years sales experience, in a Partner role. 5+ years in a lead or supervisory role. Previous work experience in a technology company. 2+ years prior work experience working with contact centers. Very strong analytical skills. Experience using all MS Office products, with advanced level experience using MS Excel. Very strong presentation skills including presentation creation experience using MS PowerPoint. Proven track record of defining and meeting revenue goals. Experience in relationship management. Experience in working independently with little or no direct supervision on site. Ability to maintain sales call records and tickler system.​

Bonus Experience:

​Prior experience in Channel Sales preferred.​ Technology Solutions Distributor experience highly preferred
