RVP of Partner Sales
Location: Remote, USA
The RVP of Partner Sales will lead the Partner Acceleration Executive (PAE) team for our national TSD partners. This position's primary responsibility will be to provide continuous coaching to the Leaders and Individual Contributors within the PAE Organization supporting TSD (Technology Solution Distributors) and to set ongoing strategy for the development and education of partners within the entire channel organization as well as to drive strategies & profitable growth through our national TSD. They will manage PAE's who support the assigned strategic national partners in the US. The NICE CXone RVP of Partner Sales grows the indirect sales channel in support of the NICE CXone revenue goals through an assigned strategic partner. They also will manage and oversee the IPE team setting process, accountability and outcomes for lead conversion and alignment. The RVP will work closely with cross-functional leadership teams to execute on corporate strategy for new growth PAE's actively incent, train, and enable their partners and are measured by quarterly opportunity generation and closed deal flow. This is a field-based, partner-facing position and will require a minimum of 35% travel per month.

Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience required. 12+ years sales experience, in a Partner role. 5+ years in a lead or supervisory role. Previous work experience in a technology company. 2+ years prior work experience working with contact centers. Very strong analytical skills. Experience using all MS Office products, with advanced level experience using MS Excel. Very strong presentation skills including presentation creation experience using MS PowerPoint. Proven track record of defining and meeting revenue goals. Experience in relationship management. Experience in working independently with little or no direct supervision on site. Ability to maintain sales call records and tickler system.Bonus Experience:
