Opportunity: We are growing our Independent Sales Partner program. This is not a full-time position with SMASH, but rather an independent opportunity where you bring your industry experience and contacts, and we provide all the solutions to secure hires. This program includes commissions on hires and residual earnings per hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your industry experience and contacts to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with C-level executives in Engineering Departments, such as CIOs, CTOs, engineering directors, managers, or Human Resources Departments.
  • Promote SMASH's nearshore staffing solutions with your list of potential clients.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in B2B
  • Experience working with C-level executives in Engineering Departments or Human Resources.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and software systems engineering Departments desired
  • Expertise in sales cycle management and relationship building.
  • Ability to independently manage your connections
