We are currently seeking an experienced Plant Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and sustainability of our manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems. This individual will have an understanding of reliability principles, predictive and preventive maintenance processes, and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

Heres What Youll Do Develop, coordinate, and conduct technical reliability studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts. Identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations. Apply data analysis techniques to predict, prevent, and eliminate possible operational interruptions. Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and other maintenance issues. Participate in the development of design and installation specifications and commissioning plans. Assess the need for replacement or upgrades of machinery. Ensure compliance with industry safety and design codes and standards. Collaborate with engineers and operational teams to understand the needs and requirements of the manufacturing process. Provide technical support to internal teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team. Additional duties as may be assigned from time to time. Heres What Youll Need: (BQs) AS or BS degree in a science/technical field, technical trade school and 6-8 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience as a reliability engineer.
