We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Michelin North America. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead FyT Implementation: Provide leadership and support to ensure the successful implementation of FyT at the site level.
  • Develop Employees: Develop employees through mentorship programs and work closely with team members to improve their capabilities through effective performance management.
  • Monitor Facility Needs: Monitor the short and long-term needs of the facility to ensure succession needs are met and employees are given opportunities for development and career growth.
  • Facilitate Process Improvements: Facilitate the identification and successful implementation of process and team improvements.
  • Build Reports: Build and maintain reports for flow managers to ensure flawless operations.
  • Backup Data Flow Manager: Serve as the backup for the Data Flow Manager during vacations and planned absences.
  • Conduct Site Visits: Conduct site visits to determine areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established protocols.
  • Foster Collaborative Environment: Foster a collaborative work environment where innovative solutions are encouraged and valued.
Requirements
  • Industrial Plant Experience: A willingness to work in an industrial plant environment (Monday-Friday on day shift).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrable experience in effectively leading teams or project groups. Set clear goals, delegate tasks, provide regular feedback, mentor, and encourage a positive work environment. Military service (Junior Military Officer or Senior Non-Commission Officer) is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills in maintaining professional interactions with internal partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis; experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to successfully implement improvements to improve operational efficiency.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive and ambitious attitude, determined to contribute to the team's overall success.
