The Global Marketing for Structural Heart (SH) is responsible for developing and executing global SH marketing strategies. This individual will lead cross-functional teams, conduct market research, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive product positioning as well as collaborate with sales, oversee promotional activities, and contribute to overall business growth. Strong leadership, global market understanding, and industry knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Essential Duties

1) Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies for medical device products.

2) Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and market needs.

3) Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

4) Collaborate with regional marketing teams to localize strategies and campaigns effectively.

5) Ensure regulatory compliance for marketing materials and activities in various markets.

6) Drive product positioning, differentiation, and messaging to enhance market presence.

6) Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and product documentation.

7) Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and achieve revenue targets.

8) Analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

9) Contribute to New Product Planning & Portfolio Management/Strategic Marketing

10) Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and healthcare trends.

Qualifications

Education

BS or License Certification + 3 years: Marketing, engineering, finance, analytics, other - Required

MBA - Preferred

Experience

Proven experience (5+ years) in global marketing within the medical device industry.

3+ Years: Sales, clinical specialist, marketing, finance, analytics, MARCOM, event marketing, digital marketing, New Product Planning, Portfolio Management, Strategic Marketing - Required

-Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in healthcare.
