The marketing specialist role is pivotal in constructing a comprehensive marketing and sales ecosystem that maximizes lead conversion to boost sales.

The outcome will be both fulfilling and pivotal for your career. You will be at the forefront of developing top-tier B2B marketing and sales strategies across various channels including paid search, digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.

Enhance your expertise in marketing and sales strategy under the guidance of our Brand Manager, a seasoned professional with a track record of rapidly scaling revenue-generating systems for both B2B and B2C enterprises.


Your Contributions

Our Brand Manager will provide you with an overview and creative insights, and you will transform these ideas into actionable concepts. With guidance and support, you will need to possess a keen consumer perspective to uncover genuine consumer needs, alongside the creativity and determination to propose effective solutions for optimal consumer experiences.


Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance our marketing initiatives through targeted testing. Oversee implementation, analyze data, and create segmented lists. Conduct tests and evaluate outcomes, particularly within email marketing streams.
  • Identify critical touchpoints in the customer journey to connect with consumers through marketing messages that strengthen brand loyalty, promote cross-selling, upselling, and re-engagement.
  • Champion the voice of the customer. Manage customer feedback, lead usability and focus groups, and advocate for customer insights within the marketing domain and the broader organization.
  • Oversee marketing expenditure and manage products through paid media placements with our service providers.
  • Improve our website for optimal consumer conversion.
  • Provide tailored sales tools and materials to reinforce the Crystal D brand with end-users.
  • Serve as the marketing liaison for sales with our strategic accounts and lead the creation of sales support resources.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience or 3+ years in the promotional products sector with a willingness to learn marketing and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce sales, strong attention to detail, and solid data analytics skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently while also engaging in collaborative team efforts.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional decision-making capabilities.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and the development of marketing strategies and brand communication.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong written communication skills with proficiency in reading and writing at a college level.
  • A commitment to maintaining and expanding technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Ability to create detailed reports using Excel.
  • Proficient in operating personal computers and utilizing CRM systems and other necessary applications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

Working Conditions:
  • Indoor, climate-controlled environment.
  • Potential travel by car and airplane.
  • This role may require extended hours beyond the standard workday based on business demands, customer volume, and specific sales initiatives. It is deadline-driven and often involves tight timelines, with potential interruptions in workflow and occasional overnight travel.

Work Schedule

This position typically requires eight (8) hours of work between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, with flexible hours that may vary based on business and customer needs. Additional hours may be necessary depending on workload.

Salary: $48,000-$62,000 annually, based on qualifications.
