Your Contribution:

Torch Dental is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Product Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and owning our product, promotion and customer lifecycle marketing. Your responsibilities will include developing and creating marketing strategies that promote our platform, features, promotions and enhance customer engagement. You will work closely and cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Product and Sales teams. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving growth in both net-new and customer expansion funnels as we continue to rapidly expand in the dental market. This position offers significant career growth potential as we scale our team and customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product marketing and content plans to drive awareness, demand, and loyalty of Torch Dental's platform through rewards
  • Own customer lifecycle marketing in tandem with the product team through supplier promotions and customer wallet share expansion
  • Work with the onboarding team to create automated customer journeys to bolster activation and platform-use adoption
  • Work with the product team to understand platform features and benefits, and communicate them effectively to customers and prospects as well as own product-led-growth initiatives
  • Develop sales enablement tools, including presentations, product sheets, and case studies, to support the sales team
  • Create and manage customer advocacy programs, including testimonials, case studies, and social proof marketing
  • Produce high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, award submissions, and speaker sessions
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging

Who you are:

Required:

  • A bachelor's degree and strong marketing background
  • Strong writing skills
  • 2 to 8 years of total professional experience
  • 2+ years of product and customer marketing experience
  • Company working hours at 9am - 6pm ET
