Job Summary

In support of the division's strategic vision and goals, this position will provide consultation on how to best manage all impacts associated with change. As a lead representative for the division, your expert analysis and assessment will ensure the best pathways for preparing our teams to accept upcoming changes. Collaborating with other units across the division and organization, you'll head project initiatives and improve or create business processes ensuring the needs and interests of all involved are understood and accommodated for.

  • Represent the division in projects and initiatives that will bring about change to the division, engaging with subject matter experts and relevant process owners to assess any possible impact of change while identifying associated risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Take a lead role to ensure that the division is prepared to accept changes.
  • Drive internally generated change initiatives focused on increasing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the division.
  • Design solutions and changes to current roles, processes, procedures, training, and systems.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams and negotiations that result in workable solutions for the division and its customers.

Skills and Background You'll Need

  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years of progressive experience in a business environment providing consultation and influence to leadership as it relates to change management, process improvement, or continuous improvement.
  • Proven project management skillset and an ability to lead and drive the work of others with minimal direction or supervision.
  • Demonstrated success managing change initiatives and applying process improvement methods in a team-based work environment.
  • An understanding of project management methodologies, system development life cycles and change management techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills as you will be working across the organization with all varieties of personality types.
  • Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills with respect to business process design, technology solutions and application of operational and financial data.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
