Lago's founding team previously built and scaled the home-grown monetization system of fintech unicorn Qonto from pre-launch to series D.

We're a lean, ambitious team of 23 today. The business team is still small and led by our CEO Anh-Tho, who used to be the VP Growth at a $5B fintech company.

We're looking for a PMM-focused head of marketing to join us. Becoming top of mind is core for Lago's success and you'll work alongside Anh-Tho and be at the forefront of the next step of our growth.

Your role includes

Designing and implementing our marketing strategies across: PMM, content, events & community and demand generation
Collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams to shape roadmap and facilitate growth
Build and lead a small but mighty lean team of marketers (2 direct reports in the short-term)

Must-haves
You should have significant subject matter expertise in PMM
You should have had exposure to at least 1 other core marketing area, ideally demand gen or content
Experience building / leading a small team
Experience in the devtool / OSS space
Early stage startup experience: you love the challenge of organizing chaos and the sense of urgency the early stage phase
Based in SF, happy to be in-office most days
