Interested in a high-impact people-leader role critical to the success of the business?

Reporting to the Executive Director, Global Talent Acquisition, the Manager, Talent Acquisition – NAM, will lead the North America Professional and DMC recruitment activities. Overseeing a group of Talent Acquisition Partners and NAM DMC Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring teams are performing against the talent processes and driving service delivery consistency by driving a standardize recruitment process through consultative partnership.

This role will oversee a team of 4 – 8 full-time and contractor direct reports based on recruitment demand. Hands on mentoring, evaluating, training and continuous coaching will be instrumental in teams success to drive rigor and business partnership in shifting the recruitment delivery from tactical and reactive to pro-active and consultative.

Alongside your leader, you will be asked to create and help deploy recruitment process standards, technology improvements, recruitment templates and workflows that drive a uniformed recruitment framework within North America, that could also be leveraged across other regions. Heavy data review of recruitment activity and requisition management for workload and resource allocation along with recruitment strategy mitigation will be key.

In your role, you will also build relationships with VP & Director level leaders across NAM corporate functions supporting Director Level+ recruitment activities across all corporate functions, and occasionally, overflow of NAM professional positions based on workflow and business critical recruitment needs.

Key Deliverables for Impact:
  • Designing, developing, and executing against short and long-term regional talent acquisition strategies that align with our organizations goals around talent needs.
  • Ensuring talent acquisition processes and activities serve as catalysts for promoting an end-to-end world class and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Building, developing, mentoring, and/or coaching a high-performing recruiting team capable of meeting and/or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals (KPIs) aligned to our strategic business objectives.
  • Establishing open communication and ensuring engagement and alignment to our caring, inclusive high-performance growth culture.
  • Developing and implementing high-impact / high-value reporting for key stakeholders that provides line of sight insights into talent acquisition activities, leveraging that data to determine appropriate actions and/or solutions designed to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Engaging with and developing strategic partnerships with internal and external organizations that can be leveraged in support of our workforce strategy.
  • Build partnerships with Strategic Talent Leaders to understand pipeline needs, monitor and risk mitigate teams requisition workload.
  • Assist Executive Director, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning with presentations, hiring council data and deck preparation, dashboard analytics and frequent requestion reporting to business stakeholders.

Core Capabilities for Success:
  • 8+ years in recruitment; including 3+ years in a leadership role managing a small team.
  • Experience within manufacturing industry managing professional and high-volume trade and technical operations recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success hiring, developing, leading, and inspiring a high-performance talent acquisition team through evolution of transformation. Strong ability to create new processes and standardize service delivery with measurable KPI's for continuous improvement and performance development.
  • ATS implementation and/or functionality upgrading experience. Proven ability to leverage automated solutions, AI and job boards for large scale recruitment outreach and pipeline management.
  • Work collaboratively and be successful at cultivating strong partnerships with internal colleagues and leadership teams, as well as external partners.
  • Vendor management experience with job board and recruitment vendors to include standardizing partnerships, negotiating contracts and managing external recruitment pipeline experience.
  • A driver who is resilient and action oriented. Experience helping build vs. maintain and monitoring results.
  • Someone who is resilient and who can deliver excellence within a high-paced and highly matrixed environment; politically savvy.
