The Human Capital Acceleration Partner is an individual contributor who is part of a broader cross functional team that leverage process and teammate experience design principles along with 'SWAT' resourcing to accelerate prioritized BAU execution, improvement and transformation initiatives. This role works in a highly agile and collaborative way with cross-functional partners to swiftly achieve results for the business and function across a range of diverse human capital programs and projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with peer disciplines (e.g. HCBE's, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Teammate Relations, HC & Analytics and DEI) to redesign prioritized HR processes or programs to increase efficiency, effectiveness or impact for teammates and the HR delivery model.
  • Partner with HCBE team to support idea intake
  • Partner within the Acceleration & Teammate Experience Design (ATX) team to drive consistency within HCBE/business facing activities
  • Provide change management consultation and deliverables to effectively implement projects and processes with key partners which result in increased understanding, adoption and impact
  • Provide executives and senior line of business leaders with insights and thought leadership on teammate and human capital strategy implications from m
  • Manage cross-functional, matrixed teammates of subject matter experts to plan, execute, and monitor change management/teammate readiness efforts.
  • For prioritized major organization design efforts, provide consultant to include leading design discussions, coordinating system of record changes and files, consultant on job descriptions, operating models and communications planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and related training
  • 5+ years of HR related experience designing and coordinating the delivery of HR services to include HR risk management, compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development, coaching, performance consulting, training, succession planning and the design and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Strong organizational and planning skills; able to balance multiple priorities, define own work plans and tasks while executing against defined parameters
  • Deep knowledge in various HR domains to include Talent Management, Change Management, HR Risk, Talent Acquisition, and HR Consulting

Preferred Qualifications:


• Master's Degree


• 8 years of professional HR experience with exposure to all HR COEs. (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Change Management, D&I, Comp, Benefits, Learning, etc.)


• Experience working in the financial services industry; professional certification in HR related discipline (such as PHR, SPHR, assessments)


• Formal project management training or certification (PMI)
