About the Role:

We are looking for a Point of Sales/ Co-Packing Capability Lead to join our growing team This individual will lead technical strategy aimed at developing, optimizing, and simplifying Point of Sale solutions (e.g.: islands and displays) used by Ferrero North America, working with key partners (material manufacturers & co-packers) to define key PoS vehicles and their design features across the business.

Partner with key Area stakeholders (Trade Marketing, Marketing, Procurement, Graphic chain, 3PO) to ensure that the strategic program for PoS/Display solutions addresses requirements for shelf performance, operations, and total cost.

This role reports to the SVP Packaging North America and coordinates technical development work with Packaging team members, Trade Marketing, Marketing and 3PO team members.

Main Responsibilities:


• Co-lead (with Trade Marketing) a cross functional task force to develop, optimize and embed in the North American business a PoS/Display playbook, including key PoS vehicles for leverage across the Area, and an optimized operating model anchored on co-packing operations, driving efficiency across the value chain.


• Partner with key Area stakeholders (Trade Marketing, Marketing, Procurement, Graphic chain, 3PO) to ensure that the strategic program for PoS/Display solutions addresses requirements for shelf performance, operations, and total cost,


• Support 3PO and Procurement teams on PoS/Display material sourcing and co-packing operations focused on PoS/Displays.


• Provide strategic guidance for PoS/Display development work to PoS/Display developers in DPU brand stewardship teams.


• Drive technical innovation in PoS/Display materials, technologies, and graphic solutions, as a source of competitive advantage for Ferrero North America, in pursuit of uniqueness, effectiveness, and sustainability.


• Partner with DPU Deploy team in Europe, International and APAC-MEA to leverage our global best practice in design and co-packing of PoS/Display solutions.
