Position Title:Interim VP of Finance
Location: San Diego, CA
Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid Schedule
Salary: $100-$120/hr depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEC reporting: performing or reviewing
  • Involvement with 10-Q reports
  • Reviewing financial reporting
  • Reviewing reconciliations, cash, investments, prepaid expenses, payroll, etc.
  • Preparing financial statements for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred).
  • SEC reporting experience: performing or reviewing
  • Involvement with 10-Q reports
  • Biotech experience
  • Experience with clinical trials
  • NetSuite experience and/or Equity Edge preferred
