Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate alignment across Finance, Sales, and Marketing in GTM strategy, working closely with the CFO and CRO.
- Oversee revenue projections for both product-driven and sales-driven channels.
- Manage GTM headcount and budget allocations, including marketing expenditures, sales capacity assessments, and commission structures.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and monitor key performance indicators that provide insights for optimizing revenue growth.
- Deliver comprehensive reports on revenue performance to Executive and Board members.
- Evaluate GTM productivity and efficiency metrics, partnering with sales and marketing teams to foster ongoing enhancements.
- Continuously refine GTM FP&A data and methodologies to elevate reporting standards and forecasting precision.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Banking, Equity Research, or Consulting (BCG, Bain, LEK) is advantageous.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in GTM FP&A, revenue operations, sales operations, or strategy consulting, including leadership roles overseeing senior teams.
- Extensive expertise in B2B SaaS GTM FP&A, particularly within organizations generating $200M-$500M in ARR.
- Experience in annual planning, ideally within high-tech or enterprise software sectors.
- Proficient in engaging with C-Level executives and building effective relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with a comfort in navigating data and uncertainty; capable of addressing both detailed operational tactics and overarching strategic objectives.
- Proficient in systems and tools.
- Experience with Adaptive Insights is essential.
- Strong financial modeling skills; highly skilled in Excel / Google Sheets. SQL knowledge is a significant advantage.
- Experience in team leadership is preferred, with a proven track record of cultivating and motivating high-performing teams.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex issues.

Compensation:
Compensation for this role at Vaco is determined by various factors, including individual skills, experience, training, and geographic considerations. As mandated by local regulations, Vaco provides a salary range of $100 - $125 per hour for this position.
