Senior Associate, Sales Operations

The Sales Operations Senior Associate is responsible for developing and supporting our Sales processes, tools, and analytics. Reporting directly to the Director, Sales Operations, you will assist in managing the day to day operational needs of the Sales team as well as in developing processes, implementing tools, and building analytics assets to ensure that we are continually improving operational efficiency and driving commercial success.
What you will do
- Assist in driving our commercial rhythm of business and Sales process by supporting the design and implementation of our Sales processes and CRM
- Support our regular rhythm of business analytics and reporting; Utilize SQL and business intelligence tools to manage and manipulate commercial data in order to provide leadership with a clear understanding of team performance
- Help identify opportunities for process improvement, make recommendations, and support execution on cross functional projects to improve operational efficiency
- Work directly with Commercial Operations leaders to administer Sales team Incentive Compensation Plans
- Design and build reports and dashboards within our CRM and business intelligence tools
- Support development of our CRM to ensure that we are measuring, analyzing and reporting commercial KPIs
- Support Sales technology stack to ensure team has access and clear processes to effectively utilize tools to drive improved business outcomes
- Reduce bottlenecks to increase the velocity of the Sales process; help introduce automation and additional tools where appropriate
- Manage ad-hoc requests and projects for the Sales organization
- Be an integral member of our Operations organization as an effective team player

- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3+ years of Sales Operations or related experience, preferably within a startup/growth SaaS environment
- Power user of Salesforce, admin experience a plus
- Power user of Excel/Google Sheets including comfort with Pivot tables and charts
- Comfort with manipulating data including experience using and writing SQL queries
- Experience analyzing and visualizing data in Excel/Google Sheets and/or in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QuickSight
- Experience in health information technology, life sciences, or related industry experience preferred
