About the role

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be playing a critical role in leading highly visible construction/renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a background working on commercial office or tenant improvement projects while maintaining operations and optimizing innovative systems for the CBRE.

What you'll do

  • Leading all facets of project and program management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for office, data center projects.
  • Conducts periodic site visits to lead all aspects of the progress of construction and monitors the status of work completed during the schedule for delivery.
  • Harnessing CBRE standards to complex real estate documents related to agreements, contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
  • Supports infrastructure construction and renovation projects and ensures detailed staff understands and implements safety requirements, operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Stewards account-specific Key Performance Indicators and promotes overall program improvements. Performs training and ongoing mentoring for junior-level staff.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to ensure projects are being delivered against established expectations and to explore opportunities for program improvements.
  • Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification processes; conducts standard requests for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.
  • Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources briefed.

What you'll need

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/Bang/BArch) required from College or University.

Minimum 6 years of experience in construction project management.

Prior experience with reading and understanding architectural, Civil, Electrical, & Mechanical drawings

Prior experience managing budgets, schedules, and cost

Prior experience in data center construction preferred.

CBRE Carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this Sr. Project Manager position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Vision Insurance.
