-New customer set-up, maintenance of accounts, internal and external customer service, resolving outstanding balances, follow up collections, processing accurate payments on accounts, reconciliation of accounts, daily banking deposits,
manual payments, file and maintain invoices for supplies, equipment, and credit memo?s, file and maintain business records, prepare, print, and process monthly statements, order pre-printed envelopes, answer overflow of phone calls and direct to appropriate department.
-The Accounts Receivable Manager, with the help of the CFO, manages all employees in the Accounting Department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of employees within that department.
