- Tenant Relations
- Negotiate leases and collect security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes.
- Coordinate repairs and renovations to meet tenant satisfaction.
- Marketing and Leasing
- Show units and generate excitement among prospective tenants to ensure timely leasing.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new qualified leads.
- Resident Services
- Coordinate resident move-in and move-out processes, including application processing.
- Establish rental rates by surveying local market rates and calculating overhead costs.
- Vendor Management
- Maintain vendor relationships and implement budgets to ensure smooth property operations.
- Education
- B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required.
- Skills
- Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Great with people – warm, friendly, and helpful in person and on the phone.
- Experience
- Customer service or real estate sales background preferred.
- Property management experience is a plus, but not required.
