Responsibilities:

  • Process daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Update cost data for corporate reporting to provide timely and reliable information.
  • Audit cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  • Prepare reports for local management on a weekly basis to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Review general ledger entries to ensure the accuracy of financial data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the daily budget administrator for the FM module in SAP to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Develop cost models as needed to support business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Information and Financial Services to assess the adequacy of internal controls and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing accounting.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing accounting, with a minimum of 2+ years of progressively more responsible business experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with SAP is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not necessary.
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
