Benefits and Compensation Specialist

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Benefits and Compensation Specialist to support our Company's Total Rewards program. This role will primarily focus on North America benefit and compensation plans coupled with collaboratively working with our global Human Resources teams. You will work closely with external partners, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leveraging your administration and analytical skills to provide support to internal stakeholders, employees, and external vendors.
We are looking for an individual with a well-rounded benefits and compensation background focused on benefit plan administration, data analytics, high levels of collaboration, experience providing excellent support to employees and managers, working knowledge of compensation programs and systems, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with Workday HRIS platform is a strong preference.
Job Responsibilities
- Administer and support the Company's benefit and compensation plans
- Maintain accuracy of employee benefits and compensation data across multiple initiatives and processes
- Coordinate annual salary survey participation and participate in compensation surveys
- Coordinate and maintain integrity of internal job architecture structure, partnering with internal stakeholders
- Administer and update internal job descriptions, salary leveling, and external equity analysis
- Administer and support 401(k) plan
- Coordinate and administer the Company's LOA's to ensure compliance and effective communication with employees and managers
- Assists with the annual pay processes that drive salary increases and incentive plan
- Support administration of various benefit programs, including health, dental, wellness, FSA and HSA plans, etc.
- Support ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (i.e., FLSA, COBRA, PFML, FMLA, etc.)
- Assist with ongoing reporting and development of dashboards, modeling, and proactive analytics
- Works with internal partners in support of pay transparency regulations and requirements
- Assists with the annual benefits renewal process, including the coordination of annual open enrollment process, communication, and vendor data feeds
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience administering and supporting compensation and benefits plans
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Accounting (or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Detailed working knowledge of benefits and compensation programs
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Superb MS Word and Excel skills and comfortable managing large data sets
- Exceptional attentional to detail
- Effective communication and partnering skills with a collaborative mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience administering multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
