Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Allina Health. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral health services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with patients and healthcare providers to create personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services to patients, including individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Work closely with patient care teams to monitor patient progress and inform treatment planning.
  • Engage with community resources to support patient functioning and well-being.
  • Coordinate treatment with other healthcare providers and community agencies to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

  • Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Psychology or Counseling, or Master's degree in Social Work.
  • Licensure as a Psychologist or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in patient treatment, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
  • Basic Life Support certification and formal training/certification in a suicide prevention modality within 90 days of hire.
