Key Responsibilities:

  • Thorough cleaning of all kitchen facilities, including floors, walls, restrooms, dishwashing areas, and break rooms.
  • Ensuring proper sanitation of all kitchen utensils and equipment.
  • Managing the removal of trash, compost, and recycling, while keeping these areas neat and orderly.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to hospitality.
  • Exemplary personal hygiene practices.
  • Open to receiving feedback and direction.
  • Willingness to collaborate with team members and assist wherever necessary.

Compensation:

The starting wage for this position is competitive, including a base hourly rate plus a shared percentage of sales, which typically enhances earnings.
