The Kitchen Sanitation Specialist will report directly to the Kitchen Manager and the Front of House Manager. This role is essential in ensuring that our culinary team has access to clean and organized tools and equipment, while also overseeing the proper disposal of waste, recycling, and compost materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough cleaning of all kitchen facilities, including floors, walls, restrooms, dishwashing areas, and break rooms.
- Ensuring proper sanitation of all kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Managing the removal of trash, compost, and recycling, while keeping these areas neat and orderly.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong sense of urgency and commitment to hospitality.
- Exemplary personal hygiene practices.
- Open to receiving feedback and direction.
- Willingness to collaborate with team members and assist wherever necessary.
Compensation:
The starting wage for this position is competitive, including a base hourly rate plus a shared percentage of sales, which typically enhances earnings.
