We are seeking a dedicated Software Engineer (Associate - Projects) with 5 to 7 years of experience in Oracle, SQL, and Unix. The ideal candidate will contribute to developing high-quality software solutions to meet our clients needs, enhancing system performance, and ensuring scalability. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where your work will have a direct impact on our business and the services we provide to our customers. Candidate should have Production Support experience in Application Dev/Support with Incident, Problem, Change and Release management experience.

Experience : 5Yrs - 7Yrs

Location : Sacramento, CA (Remote)

Required skills : SQL, Oracle, Unix/Linux Domain Skills

Nice to have skills : ARIS Process Mining Domain Skills

Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and system features.
  • Design and implement software solutions using Oracle SQL and Unix ensuring high performance and compliance with coding standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure error-free functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Optimize existing software applications for improved performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for software applications addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Keep tabs on new technology trends and best practices in software development to enhance productivity.
  • Document all work including coding standards procedures and software functionalities for future reference and compliance.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the QA team to ensure that the software meets all quality standards and user requirements.
  • Assist in the estimation of project timelines and contribute to the planning and scheduling of project milestones.
  • Utilize SNOW for efficient management of tasks and collaboration with team members.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development related to Oracle SQL Unix and emerging technologies.
  • Qualifications
  • Must have a strong foundation in Oracle SQL and Unix with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Experience in SNOW is highly desirable providing an edge in task management and team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of the Payer domain is advantageous enabling better understanding of client requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of effectively collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is essential.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $44,550K - $74,500K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
