Required Skills and Qualifications


- A minimum of 3-4 years of software development experience, showcasing a solid understanding of professional software engineering best practices throughout the software development lifecycle (CICD), including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build and release processes, and continuous deployment.


- Experience in designing and implementing solutions for cloud platforms (such as Oracle Cloud, AWS, etc.) with a focus on application scalability, performance, and reliability.


- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and JavaScript is essential.


- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications or Oracle EBS Applications is a significant advantage.


- Understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks, including the testing pyramid (Unit, Integration, UI, E2E, etc.).


- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical peers, customers, and occasionally, executive leadership.


- Proven track record of contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple teams and manage dependencies.


- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
