We are seeking a Help Desk Technician who is enthusiastic and customer-focused to join our IT team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal staff, ensuring quick resolution of technical issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Guide users through problem-solving processes and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
Log all client interactions in the help desk system and maintain detailed documentation.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.

Requirements:


Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms in simple language.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.

Desirable:
Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365.Knowledge of network and internet protocols, firewalls, and security.
