Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the initiative to design and deploy a comprehensive intranet solution, encompassing analysis, requirements gathering, systems integration, and UI/UX design.
  • Utilize existing M365 tools, including MS Power Suite, MS Teams, and SharePoint, to foster enhanced collaboration across the platform.
  • Ensure the developed solution is accessible and user-friendly on both desktop and mobile devices.
  • Create technical documentation to assist help desk personnel and technicians in providing ongoing support.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development.
  • Deep understanding of SharePoint Online and Office 365 features, functionalities, and capabilities.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing intranets using SharePoint 365, including the creation of custom layouts and functionalities.
  • Proficient in customizing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts to align with specific business needs.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell.
  • Knowledgeable about security best practices and compliance standards related to SharePoint Online to ensure a secure and compliant intranet.

Education/Certifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems/technology management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

The salary range for this position is $145,000 - $160,000, with actual compensation dependent on the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
