Mission:

Provide leadership by planning, directing and developing metrics for the performance of the Corporate Program Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead effort for common program practices and implementation.
  • Oversee, as required, technical presentations internally, at suppliers & OEM relating to specific program development programs.
  • Assess program launch readiness & mitigation plans through Program Status Review meetings.
  • Ensure technical core competencies correctly deployed to support quoting strategies and technical reviews.
  • Verify design to program, release to production within allocated time, cost and quality objectives of the program.
  • Document all activities as required
  • Responsible for automotive Programs for Grupo Antolin North America, and assurance of compliance with established targets related to Quality, Costs, Timing, Profitability and Regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the key manager interacting with the customer, bearing responsibility for the Program and managing the program in co-ordination with the Customer Account Manager.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of Grupo Antolin program engineering direction.
  • Plan and monitor all activities for the program.
  • Establish and plan the effective use of resources required in achieving targets.
  • Establish the necessary guidelines for Program Team operation.
  • Create the program budget and manage it to guarantee its accomplishment.
  • Any additional responsibility deemed necessary by management.
  • Completes other job related tasks as assigned

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other related field with specific engineering applications
  • 10 years of professional experience, specifically related to the automotive industry, specific product line, and customers
  • Ability to sit, stand, and has mobility to move around the office or manufacturing environment, when needed
  • Ability to conduct computer work or engage in discussion with employees
