Austin Eastciders is looking our next Sr. Brand ManagerThe Sr. Brand Manager will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for the Austin Eastciders organization.
Must be located in Austin, Texas
The Sr. Brand Manager is responsible for developing, aligning, and executing our overall marketing and brand strategy. They will need to collaborate effectively with our national, regional, and local Sales leaders as well as Distributor partners to activate the aligned strategy and deliver against our growth goals. They also hold P&L responsibility for Austin Eastciders marketing efforts, events & Collaboratory taproom.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Leading the development and alignment of our overall Marketing and brand strategy including experiential, social, web, packaging design & brand building efforts in-market and online
  • Identifying, aligning, & managing the budget required to support execution.
  • Engaging and developing a high-performing Marketing team
  • Effectively partnering with local Sales leads and Distributor teams to ensure execution in market.
  • Formalizing our product portfolio strategy and development of the required product pipeline by forming an effective partnership with R&D, route to market managers & global trade marketing director

Education and Experience:· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related area required· 5+ years of marketing experience ideally within a classic, blue-chip CPG setting including leading digital / social media projects· Field and event marketing experience · Demonstrated experience leading new product development· Agency management experience
Physical Demands/Travel Requirements:· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.· Travel when necessary for meetings, market visits, distributor meetings.· Flexibility in work hours for special events.
