TCP Software is seeking a passionate, data-driven, and collaborative individual to join our growing marketing team. The Web Operations Manager is responsible for effectively managing day-to-day operations of our website and associated digital properties. In this role, you will own the web operations strategy, from overall web architecture, development, design, and coordination of content.

This strategic role will lead the Web Ops team and partner with stakeholders to achieve key goals of driving SEO rank, qualified leads, conversion rate optimization, and grow revenue for the business.

They must ensure all project requirements are met and follow UX/UI best practices. Multitasking skills are important to prioritize activities, complete testing and must pay close attention to detail to ensure consistency across the site.

As a Website Operations Manager, you will:

  • Lead web journey and personalization strategy for prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Manage the entire web life cycle from strategic planning, features and functionality needs, to roadmap and backlog development and prioritization.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand goals, scope of project requirements, and own the development of project timelines.
  • Implement personalization strategy across digital properties to driver greater engagement and conversions
  • Data-driven and able to interpret web metrics to optimize digital channel and drive revenue growth goals.
  • Expert in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies to increase web traffic
  • Lead a team of 2 FTE to support web operations and passionate about developing career growth plans.
  • Experience working with content management systems (WordPress), project management tools , Jira), and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Manage Google Tag Manager and ensure that tags are implemented correctly.
  • Assist in the integration of 3rd party services (e.g., chat, analytics, marketing automation)
  • Stay up-to-date and assess new web technologies to determine fit for the organization's needs.
  • Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript & similar front-end web development languages.
  • Work closely with IT staff to assure security and compliance protocols are followed.
  • Working within and supporting an agile development environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with all departments within an organization.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple, firm deadlines in an exciting fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced organizational, problem solving, analytical required.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years in similar digital demand generation roles.
  • 1-2 years of experience leading a team.
  • Strong experience leading digital strategy in a B2B tech company; SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Proven track record in SEO, SEM, and social media advertising management
  • Hands-on experience using Google Analytics required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and data-driven strategy creation
  • Collaborative team player, creative problem solver, and relationship builder
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems, strategies, and best practices
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce is a plus.
  • BA/BS degree from a four-year college or university is a plus.
  • Google Ads / Microsoft Advertising / SEO certifications a plus.
