Job Title: Field Inspection Manager

Millennium Information Services is a leading national provider of property inspection services and innovative process management solutions for property and casualty insurance companies.

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Inspection Manager to oversee all aspects of field operations within a geographical region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance inspection or claims management and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and adjust staffing capacity to meet projected order volume within Millennium's time service and quality standards.
  • Establish and maintain sufficient training programs and supporting staff resources.
  • Develop and enforce adequate control policies and processes to ensure high levels of accuracy, data security, and adherence to client specifications in the gathering of inspection data.
  • Analyze time-service reports and make adjustments to meet company standards.
  • Train employees on best practices for inspection management.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years managing inspectors or claim adjusters, or appraisers.
  • Property and Casualty and/or property inspection industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Construction Management, or related industry a plus.
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package including salary, bonus, and full benefit package. This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. Supplemental pay types include bonus opportunities. Work location is remote.
