Job Description

As a Senior Accountant, you will assist in the monthly general ledger close and financial statement preparation, ensuring timely closing within 5-7 business days of month-end. You will monitor, review, and reconcile official and general ledger accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Additionally, your role involves managing corporate cash and the wire desk, handling HTM payroll and biweekly payroll entries, and managing tax-related programs primarily for employee State and Federal taxes. You will also assist in the preparation of regulatory and audit reports and help with resolution of findings or DOR items.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 52 Weekly.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Torrance, California and some days remote.

Work Environment

You will report directly to the Controller and work alongside 3 accountants. This role funnels up to the CFO, providing a structured yet dynamic work environment.
