Key Responsibilities:

· Cash Reconciliation: Monitor bank activity and reconcile them against cash transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies.

· Revenue and AR: Coordinate billing, collections, and reporting to ensure timely and accurate order management and revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606.

· Fixed Assets: Maintain fixed assets records to ensure accurate asset classification, depreciation, and disposal.

· Leases: Assist in preparing new lease schedules and maintain monthly lease entries to ensure compliance with ASC 842.

· Month-end close: Perform month-end activities, including account reconciliation, journal entry preparation, and review of GL for appropriate classification, and to lead other accounting processes as requested.

· Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements.

· Technical Accounting: Assist in researching the FASB codification and preparing memos to ensure compliance with relevant guidance.

· Coordination with third party: Liaison with third parties, such as auditors, tax preparers, and other professional firms, to prepare PBC's and manage communication.

· Tax Compliance: Analyze and file sales and use tax and property tax with relevant local and state authorities and assist in preparing PBC's for annual tax filing.

· Ad-hoc projects: Contribute to ad-hoc projects, including process improvement, building new reports and workpapers, and other requests from team members.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

· 3+ years in accounting with a mix of public accounting and industry

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards

· Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle Fusion) and Microsoft Excel

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Keen attention to detail

· Effective communication and teamwork skills

· Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

· CPA certification preferred

· Big 4 experience preferred
