Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities: This role involves managing the daily schedules of service technicians and dispatching them as service calls are completed. You will coordinate return visits with customers when parts arrive, maintain the on-call schedule, and ensure the customer database is up-to-date. Clear communication with department managers, employees, and customers is essential, including keeping customers informed about scheduling and lead times. You will also assist with maintenance contract billing information and support technicians with quoting repairs as necessary.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based software.
- Experience in project management or scheduling is preferred.
- Familiarity with the geographical service area or map reading skills.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
