Your impact:
As a product marketing manager for Alight, you will shape, communicate, and launch Alight's health benefit solutions to clients. You'll collaborate closely with product, sales and marketing teams leading the development of value propositions, go-to-market plans, including messaging and adoption strategies. This is a great opportunity for a smart and passionate marketer to directly impact how organizations and their people experience Alight's solutions while driving growth for our organization.

Responsibilities:
Product marketing strategy
Become an expert on Alight's health and retirement benefits products. Develop a deep understanding of the competition, buyer, channel and industry trends to support platform, business development and go-to-market decisions. Use this research and data to develop the value proposition, product positioning and key messages, all aligned to the overall Alight value proposition and messaging.
Product lifecycle marketing
Collaborate with content, and field marketing teams to translate strategy into pipeline. Create the narratives and solution content that can be used across multiple campaign touchpoints, and influence clients and buyers at multiple stages of the customer journey. Serve as a subject matter expert on the category internally and support product and strategy experts in creating content presentations as needed at industry events, webinars, client meetings and more.
Product launches
Support and execute product launches coordinating across internal teams to bring new and existing solutions to market. Craft compelling and functional launch assets that crisply and consistently articulate the value of Alight and our comprehensive health solutions. Launch assets may include sales presentations, web content, videos, infographics, demo content, sales tools and more. Collaborate with sales enablement leader to ensure sales and customer success team launch readiness and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Product marketing or product management experience preferred
- Proven track record of executing product launches and running effective marketing programs
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and operate in a highly matrixed environment
- Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate strategies and messaging (verbally/written) to internal partners, external agencies and internal executives
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields, or equivalent experience
- HR Services, benefits administration solutions experience a plus
