Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $75-$85/hr. on W2.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Title: Program Manager IV

Duration: 9+ months

Location: Texas & Central Time Zone

Responsibilities:
  • Support end to end testing of new products across the Monetization Product Team scope of work, including but not limited to test planning, recruitment, campaign monitoring, prioritization of issues and feedback and final reporting of test results
  • Project manage initiatives by coordinating with the cross-functional teams to ensure all groups are aligned on high level goals and able to execute on the agreed upon milestones.
  • Work extensively with cross-functional partners e.g. Product Manager, Product Marketing, and Data Science teams - to scope test design/requirements, manage test launches, test monitoring and analysis
  • Act as the main point of contact for Product, Sales and Data Science to ensure smooth and seamless test execution. Manage, monitor, build, and recruit for product tests with advertisers (i.e. alpha/beta tests)
  • Effectively communicate relevant insights to cross functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations and User Research) to influence and drive their roadmap prioritization, leveraging data and insights to develop multi-faceted solutions to fix problems at scale at all stages of the product life cycle
  • Communicate across audiences, effectively understanding and utilizing escalation paths, and updating stakeholders including liaising with Product teams to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues that arise during testing
  • Facilitate meetings, discussions and document project status and key decisions made via internal project management tools
  • Inform, influence, and execute new processes based on sound analysis and impact metrics that lead to improvements in efficiency and quality of support
  • Accountable for driving delivery of multiple 1-6-month long projects from start to finish
Skills:
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and unstructured problems
  • Open, collaborative and proven team player, with an ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance or support
  • Project management experience and experience running strategic projects with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Ads/Digital Media operations
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
  • 6+ years' work experience in consulting, startup, operations or product strategy environment (3+ years' experience with master's degree)
  • Experience in a startup environment and/or consulting experience
Must-Have Skills:
  • Operate independently, be proactive.
  • Experience with measurement tool (ad campaigns on Facebook in the past)
  • Experience as an Ads Manager
  • AB performance testing
  • Google docs, test, MS Excel
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Sequel skills
  • Combination of Sales and analytical background
  • Total No of years of experience: 8+ years, 6+ years' work experience in consulting, startup, operations, or product strategy environment
