As the Restaurant Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure excellence in all facets of restaurant management. This encompasses delivering outstanding customer service, nurturing team development, upholding food quality and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness, and driving profitability through effective management of inventory and labor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Exhibit Politeness, Enthusiasm, High Energy, Respect, and Hospitality

- Strong leadership capabilities with an emphasis on developing future leaders

- Previous experience in restaurant or retail management in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in the primary language(s) spoken at the workplace

- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities

- Over 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager

- Valid NYC Department of Health Food Protection Certificate

- Understanding of Restaurant Financials and Technologies
